• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

Shipping Costs:

• Calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

• Free shipping is available for orders over $50.

Important Notes:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect addresses.

We want you to love your hair growth products! If you are not satisfied, here’s how our return process works:

Eligibility:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened products

• Herbal Hair Drinking Tea after brewing

• Gift cards

Return Process:

1. Contact our support team at tscorganicsllc@gmail.com to initiate a return.

2. Include your order number and reason for return.

3. Ship the product back to the address provided by our team.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
