At The Strand Collection Organics, every order is carefully prepared with love and intention. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.


 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

During high-volume sales, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take the full 7 business days.


 Shipping Time & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s transit time.

Estimated delivery after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (domestic)

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Please note: Shipping time is separate from processing time.


 Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving the tracking number.

 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
The Strand Collection Organics is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply.


 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, The Strand Collection Organics is no longer responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we will always assist you in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
