We know trying new hair products can feel risky — especially when your hair means everything. That’s why we stand behind every bottle with a simple promise: if you don’t see or feel a difference in 30 days, we’ll make it right.

Try your Strand product for up to 30 days using our recommended routine.

If you’re not happy, email tscorganics@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the issue.

We’ll offer a replacement, or store credit (your choice) after we review the case. We may ask for a photo or short video to help us improve the product — most returns are handled quickly.
Key protections (for store):

Returns are accepted for opened or unopened product within 30 days (exceptions for hygiene-sensitive items may apply). We reserve the right to deny fraudulent claims.

Shipping on returns: Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or we made a shipping error. For defective or damaged goods, we cover return shipping.
